Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns Made Within 28 Days of Order

You have 28 days from receiving your goods to complete a return for a refund (subject to inspection of goods). Please note the following conditions for a refund:

• Goods must not be damaged, must be in a resellable condition, in their original packaging, and returned within the set timeframe.
• We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the goods do not meet these conditions.
• We do not offer a free returns service. Customers must organise their own return.

Remember to print off the returns form and include a copy with the items being returned.

Returns Made After 28 Days of Order

For goods returned outside the 28-day timeframe, we reserve the right to refuse the return. Depending on how long after the 28 days the return is made, we may accept the return but apply a restocking charge to the total refund. The restocking charge percentage varies based on the time elapsed since the original order.

Email us at info@thehandle.shop with your order details and the items you wish to return. We will inform you of any restocking charges before proceeding with the return.

Returns Form

• Download and Complete the Returns Form: To initiate your return, start by downloading our returns form. Print and fill it out accurately, as this form is critical for processing your return.
• Include the Completed Form with Your Return: Attach the completed returns form to the items being returned. It is essential that this form accompanies your return package to ensure proper processing.

Please note that the inclusion of the completed returns form is mandatory. Returns sent without this form will not be eligible for processing or refunding.

General Returns Terms and Conditions

• It is the customer’s responsibility to return the goods unless specified otherwise. We recommend using a signed-for service that provides proof of delivery. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
• Special orders cannot be returned as they are made to your specification.

Refunds

• Refunds will take between 5 to 10 days to be credited to your original payment card. PayPal refunds will be immediate once processed.
