FREE Shipping on Orders Over £100
We offer FREE shipping for all UK Mainland orders with a basket value over £100, including VAT. Additionally, we may have occasional promotions for free shipping on specific products. These products will be clearly indicated on their respective product detail pages.
Shipping Rates for Orders Below £100
For orders below £100 including VAT that do not qualify for the free shipping promotion, we apply the following shipping rates:
£8.99 inc VAT: This standard rate applies to the majority of products across our site and will be visible at checkout.
Delivery Coverage and Additional Costs
Our delivery service covers England, Wales, and Scotland, excluding certain areas of upper Scotland and adjacent islands. Deliveries to these areas require a 2 or more day delivery period and incur additional costs. Specific costs will be calculated and displayed once a postcode is provided at checkout.
Order Dispatch and Lead Times
When ordering multiple items with different lead times, the entire order will be dispatched based on the item with the longest lead time. We do not part ship orders.
We dispatch orders from Monday to Friday. Please note that once consignments have been collected from our warehouse, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times or dates as any delays are beyond our control.
Special Considerations for Long Items
Please be aware that items over 1 meter in length will incur a £15 (inc VAT) delivery charge, regardless of the basket value. These items will be clearly marked in their respective product detail sections.
